S.H College of Nursing

S.H. College of Nursing, Greengardens, Cherthala is a sister concern of S.H. General Hospital founded by Servant of God Joseph Kandathil. The college started with the objective of providing value-based quality professional education to the young generation, is owned and managed by the Sacred Heart General Hospital Trust, instituted by Assisi Sisters of Mary Immaculate, offering ANM programme from 1963 onwards, which was later upgraded to GNM in 1968. In 2013 the B.Sc nursing programme was commenced with the motto “Serve with Love”. The college located on the National Highway 66, is fully equipped with best infrastructure and top-notch faculty. A Multi-Specialty Hospital with 250 bed-strength and Prathyasa Cancer Research Centre with the latest facilities attached to it make it an ideal place providing the right ambience for studies in nursing.
