The College Council will be solely responsible for all academic matters, such as, framing of academic policy and make decisions related to the internal affairs of the college.
The Curriculum committee plans and decides curricular and co-curricular activities for a particular academic year during the meetings, and timely evaluates the programs and suggests recommendations.
Academic monitoring Committee will make an objective assessment of the Academic Programs including examinations taking place in the Institutions with special regard to the Regulations, Syllabus and such other guidelines of the University.
Library committee is constituted for the purpose of smooth functioning of library, to recommend purchase of books, journals and to motivate use of library by students and teachers.
The Disciplinary Committee will ensure compliance of Code of Discipline and Conduct for students and will suggest suitable action in case of its violation.
Internal complaints committee assures that all the students, teaching and non- teaching staff are treated with dignity and respect and their complaints if any shall be addressed in a fair manner and confidentiality maintained throughout.
The staff welfare committee aims for overall development of staff members by providing varied welfare schemes. The Committee shall ensure that the staff is deeply connected to the range of institutional issues contributing to the success of organization while supporting and enhancing the growth, welfare, and best interests of staff through productive leadership. The Committee does so by promoting active participation, open dialogue, and collaboration between staff, faculty and organization leadership.
The Anti-ragging committee is formulated for Prevention and Prohibition of ragging in our college
Hostel Management Committee is responsible for the smooth functioning of the hostel. In the hostel, there is a provision for safe and secure accomodation facilities with mess services.
As per the regulations of the university governing council, the affiliated colleges are instructed to start a Grievance Redressal committee for students (GRCS). It attends to the grievances and complaints registered by anyone with regard to the activities of the Institution, and in particular, those made by students. The Cell ensures effective solution to the grievances, using a fair approach. The Grievance and Redressal Cell enables the students to express their grievances by initiating and following the grievance procedure in accordance with the rules and regulations of the College. The cell meets periodically, examines the nature and pattern of the grievances and redresses it accordingly.
Parents TeachersAssociation (PTA) is a formal organization composed of parents and teachers that is intended to facilitate parental participation in the college.
Student support and guidance programme is a recommended programme by Kerala University of Health Sciences. The emphasis given in this programmes is focusing on holistic development of students by addressing their issues like academic and scholastic issues, psycho-social issues, physical and reproductive health issues.Teachers/ mentor and students ratio of 1:10 is maintained throughout all 4 years.
